Hi, I am Colin Cussel. I have many titles; chiropractor, osteopath, acupuncturist, Bowen technique. Mostly what I do is a unique form of soft tissue treatment; that means working on muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments; based on Bowen technique. However unlike a Bowen therapist, I have the training, skill, assessment techniques and eye of an osteopath. My hands are very good at seeking out and finding specific problems in soft tissues. I find that relieving these specific problems in soft tissues goes a long way towards putting the spine into place and keeping it in place. Apart from Bowen type releases I also sometimes do high velocity type manipulations (like chiropractic adjustments), sometimes I use acupuncture needles and I love prescribing exercises as I get so much out of exercise myself. Whatever your problem, I am very thorough and I am able to tailor make a treatment to suit you.

My work is most suited to chronic conditions. By that I mean the problem has been there for a while. If you have had a condition for a while, maybe you have recovered a little but you are not the same as before – this is where I help the most.
